Job description

A growing and technology-driven organization is seeking a Systems Administrator to play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and securing a complex enterprise IT infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale modernization initiatives, lead critical infrastructure projects, and influence the future direction of the organization’s technology environment., * System Maintenance & Monitoring *

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware/software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
  • Apply patches and updates regularly to maintain system security and stability.
  • Able to Pysical rack and stack IT equipments such as Servers, PDUs, Etc.

* User Support & Administration *

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and tools.
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.

* Security & Compliance *

  • Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

* Backup & Disaster Recovery *

  • Develop and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
  • Test recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity. * Office 365 and Azure administration *

  • Proficiency with administrative task of Office 365 and configuration.
  • Ability to deploy and maintain cloud services (servers, web applications, etc)

* Documentation & Reporting *

  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and usage metrics., + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with deep experience in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, systems security, and enterprise infrastructure. This individual will serve as a seasoned resource within the IT team, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous improvement across systems and operations., * 3+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience in a mid-size to enterprise environment.

  • Strong experience administering and supporting VMware virtual environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration, deployment, hardening, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and Purview.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
  • Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills., * Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with endpoint security and EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender.
  • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives. Relevant certifications such as
