Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team! In this role, you will harness your analytical expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate across departments, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to enhance business performance. Your enthusiasm for data analysis and problem-solving will help shape our organization’s future growth and success., * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support efficient data retrieval.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements or new initiatives.
  • Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Implement data integration techniques using Talend, Bash (Unix shell scripting), and other tools to streamline workflows.
  • Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by documenting requirements with Visio and ensuring quality standards are met throughout project phases.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visio?, * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong background in data analysis skills and analytics methodologies.

  • Proficiency in SQL programming for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling visualizations.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools like Talend or VBA for data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
  • Understanding of database design principles along with experience working with linked data concepts for integrated data solutions.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively using Agile frameworks and basic project management skills.
