Job description

Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions.

Requirements

2~5 years Experience in managing Servers/Network

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day problems in office network.
  • Perform basic Server system and network administration tasks.
  • Identify and record requests for technical support coming through phone, e-mail or other media.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of common problems.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle tasks given

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S
  • Computers Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in Network, OS(Windows Server, Linux OS) and any other technical experience in computer will be plus
