Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

The selected consultants will work closely with the designated IT Supervisor, Project Managers, and other developers within an Agile development environment. The scope of work will include requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support. Working in collaboration with ODPS staff, the consultants will be responsible for the development of new applications and/or the modernization of legacy systems into .NET-based applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, MAUI Blazor, SQL Server, and related technologies. The new applications will be designed using an N-tier architecture and developed in compliance with ODPS coding standards and best practices. During the interview process, candidates must demonstrate technical competence and relevant experience in their assigned project areas. The candidate’s experience must be clearly documented and available for review and verification. Failure to demonstrate the required technical or functional expertise may result in rejection of the proposal. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to thoroughly pre-screen candidates to ensure compliance with all requirements. All selected resources will be subject to a background check conducted by ODPS.

Provides technical guidance and mentoring to technical staff., 10+ years of verifiable experience as a .NET Web Developer developing ASP.NET Core MVC applications. 10+ years of ASP.NET development experience using C#. 10+ years of SQL Server database design, development, and optimization. 10+ years of experience developing applications using Entity Framework (EF). 10+ years of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience with WCF. 10+ years of experience working in N-tier application environments. 10+ years of experience with source control, code repository strategies, and recovery using TFS and Azure DevOps. 5+ years of experience developing applications using Agile methodologies. 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and web services. 5+ years of experience using AJAX in ASP.NET applications. 5+ years of experience developing SSRS reports for MVC applications. 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines. 5+ years of experience developing and supporting mobile-compliant applications. 5+ years of experience using Visual Studio 2019. 2+ years of experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and application testing strategies. 2+ years of experience designing and developing microservices-based applications. 2+ years of experience with .NET Core and .NET 5/6/8 development.

Highly Desired Skills:

MCPD certification will be highly advantageous. Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud computing and containers. Knowledge and work experience in Web application development using ASP.NET, .NET 8.0, and mobile apps - .NET with Cloud, .NET MAUI, and Blazor.
