Osborne Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing global leader in veterinary equipment to recruit a Software Product Specialist to help drive the growth of their industry leading dental imaging software solutions. This role will require a balance of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for advancing veterinary technology., * Execute engaging technical product demonstrations and presentations customized to a variety of stakeholders including clinicians, practice managers, and distributors
- Walk customers through installation, configuration, and onboarding for best in brand imaging software solutions
- Support and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, through closing as well as continued follow up
- Achieve and exceed software sales and upgrade targets across monthly and quarterly goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer touch and satisfaction
- Identify potential customers and additional needs and gaps - communicating relevant product improvement opportunities to the software development team
- Remain up to date on veterinary imaging technologies, AI trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively maintain positioning
- Travel to customer locations and attend trade shows and industry events
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scientific/medical equipment technical sales expertise?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or product specialization within medical, dental, or imaging software industries
- Knowledge of radiology ecosystems including X-ray workflows and image capture systems
- Expertise to deliver clear communication and polished presentations explaining technical concepts in clear, customer-friendly language
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM software, digital collaboration tools, and modern business technologies
- Ability and desire to travel more than 50% of the year
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with veterinary or dental equipment
- Certification in professional sales training, CAD/drafting training, or relevant certifications
