Job description

  • Report & Track KPIs: Update and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports using existing templates to keep operational reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Manage Google Sheets: Enter, organize, and maintain critical operational data in Google Sheets according to defined procedures and documentation standards.
  • Extract System Data: Safely navigate and pull basic data extracts or standard reports from operational systems like SAP, Körber WMS, ADP, or Kardex.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Perform simple data integrity checks (completeness, formatting, missing fields) and escalate any discrepancies to the Analyst or Manager.
  • Support the Team: Assist with routine month-end/peak-cycle updates, handle basic ad hoc data pulls, and update SOPs or tracker instructions as processes evolve.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree or coursework in business, operations, or analytics is a plus.

  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel, with an ability to comfortably sort, filter, and utilize basic formulas or pivot tables.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent focus and precision when maintaining accuracy during repetitive, process-driven reporting tasks.
  • System & Workflow Exposure: Familiarity with automated workflows (e.g., Google Forms to Sheets) or exposure to systems like SAP, WMS, or ADP.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or workflow optimization, alongside an interest in learning new data tools over time., * Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods for routine computer work. The employee is also regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours, walk frequently, reach with arms and hands, and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
