Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Service Desk & Deployment Coordinator to join our Norwich-based team.

This is a varied role combining customer support, service desk responsibilities, deployment coordination, and operational activities. You will work closely with GP practices and healthcare organisations, supporting customer requests while also coordinating deployments and low-level configuration of clinical system resources using documented processes.

This is a fully office-based role in Norwich, Norfolk, and applicants should be comfortable working on-site five days per week., * Manage customer support tickets and service requests

  • Investigate issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Provide clear and timely customer updates
  • Coordinate deployment and onboarding activities
  • Perform low-level configuration activities using documented instructions
  • Support GP practices and NHS organisations
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and records
  • Coordinate multiple customer and deployment activities simultaneously

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Excellent customer management and communication skills

  • Proactive and organised approach
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities
  • Ability to provide clear and timely customer updates
  • Good IT literacy and confidence using systems and processes

Desirable Experience

  • Service Desk or IT support experience
  • Experience coordinating deployments or onboarding activities
  • Knowledge of EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne, or Medicus
  • Experience working with GP practices or NHS organisations, If you are organised, customer-focused, and enjoy managing a varied workload within a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
