Job description

· Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices. · Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations. · Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures. · Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot-based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures. · Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes. · Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues. · Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation. · Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation. · Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles. · Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.

Requirements

· Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

· Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).

· Experience with SQL databases.

· Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).

· Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

· Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.
