Systems Administrator

This role begins on a project-based or part-time basis, with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The Systems Administrator will act as a technical architect, translating operational goals into scalable, efficient systems using modern platforms and automation tools. The Million Dollar Solution is a coaching group designed to help privately owned Elder Law Firms build, grow and manage their practices, people and profits., * Design and maintain software integrations and workflows

• Build and optimize CRM, marketing, and operations automations
• Lead integrations across platforms such as GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft platforms
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems
• Document workflows and technical processes
• Support client-facing implementations as needed

• Experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist
• Strong understanding of APIs and workflow automation
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms
• Experience with Zapier or related software’s to foster effective software connections and automations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and documentation abilities
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
• East Coast residency required

Competitive compensation based on experience and scope of engagement. Structure may include hourly, project-based, or salaried arrangements.
