Job description

The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for providing advanced production support for critical enterprise applications built on the .NET platform with Oracle databases. Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and document findings with corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams to guide issue triage, escalation, and resolution. Act as a strong hands-on .NET developer, capable of debugging application code, identifying defects, and implementing fixes. Analyze application logs, stack traces, memory dumps, and thread dumps to diagnose issues. Develop and deploy code fixes, patches, and enhancements with minimal production impact. Ensure adherence to coding standards, secure coding practices, and performance best practices. Write and analyze complex Oracle SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate business logic, and troubleshoot production defects.
