- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 / Azure environments
- Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems and endpoints
- Set up, image, and deploy workstations, servers, and network gear
- Manage and verify backups, patching, and endpoint security
- Perform on-site installs, diagnostics, and repairs at client locations
- Write clean documentation and keep ticket notes thorough and current
- Provide guidance to Tier 1 staff and occasionally assist on larger projects, This will start as a 1099 independent contractor position. As a contractor, you’ll be responsible for your own taxes, and you’ll supply your own basic tools where noted. The goal is for you to work 8 to 12 weeks as a contractor, determine if this is the right fit for you and then move into a standard W2 employee. Compensation is based on experience - let’s talk specifics when we connect.
