Position Summary: Client is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for our Enterprise Architecture Application Portfolio. This role ensures that the portfolio is kept up to date, noting changes in application/system ownership, integrations, etc.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Interpersonal skills?, Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes. Technical knowledge and analytical skills. Effective communication and team orientation. Familiarity ServiceNow and Orbus Infinity a plus.
Hard skills:
· Microsoft Suite
· Team player
· Strong communication skills
· Cross-functional coordination
