Job description

The AD, Digital Video Producer drives the overarching creative direction for digital video content and graphic design, ensuring all visuals align with TNC’s mission and goals. In addition to strategic oversight, this position focuses on editing and post-production, while also supporting occasional field-based production which may include shooting video, conducting interviews, and managing on-location logistics. Working closely with members of the marketing and communications team, the Associate Director, Digital Video Producer helps translate complex environmental work into engaging, accessible stories that inspire action and support organizational priorities.

This role supports multiple programs and initiatives across the organization and defines the visual strategy for video production and graphic assets, producing a wide range of deliverables from short-form digital content to longer-form storytelling pieces.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experiencing supervising staff and teams.
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Experience in project management, developing marketing strategies and measuring results., * 7+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
  • Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives from raw material.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a review-based workflow.
  • Comfort working on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for field production as needed.
  • Passion for environmental conservation and mission-driven storytelling.
  • Experience shooting video in the field, including interviews and b-roll.
  • Familiarity with basic audio recording techniques and equipment.
  • Motion graphics or light animation experience.
  • Experience working in nonprofit, conservation, science, or social impact organizations.
