Job description

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, development, and delivery of digital experiences on the Salesforce platform., * Hands-on OmniStudio Build: Build and configure high-performance, scalable OmniStudio components-including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures-based on technical specifications.

  • FSC & Industry Tool Configuration: Implement and configure Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features, such as the Discovery Framework, Business Rules Engine, and application intake processes.
  • System Integration: Develop and implement integration patterns to connect Salesforce with external systems (e.g., core banking systems, contact centers, IVRs, and data platforms) using Integration Procedures, HTTP Actions, and Apex where necessary.
  • Write & Maintain Clean Code: Write high-quality, maintainable code (Apex, LWCs) to extend OmniStudio functionality when declarative tools are not sufficient.
  • Follow & Champion Standards: Adhere to established technical designs, development standards, and security best practices to ensure application performance and compliance in regulated environments.
  • DevOps & CI/CD Execution: Package and deploy OmniStudio components and Salesforce metadata using IDX Workbench, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git-based version control pipelines.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, debug runtime issues, optimize data payloads, and perform performance tuning on OmniScripts and FlexCards to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborative Delivery: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, technical design reviews, and sprint planning, providing realistic effort estimations for development tasks.

You love working across teams and are enthusiastic about doing your part to ensure everyone succeeds., * BS degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design and development

  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment, security(Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing rules), custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, Migration Tools, Flows, LWCs, and integrations
  • Excellent focus on application performance and governor limits
  • Mandatory 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components, including DataMappers (Extract/Load/Transform), Integration Procedures, OmniScripts (complex guided flows), FlexCards, and utilising the IDX build tool for deployment
  • Ability to troubleshoot runtime issues and optimize implementations for performance, reusability, and maintenance
  • Experience using SFDX and Git-based workflows for source control
  • Knowledge of the following technologies is a strong plus: Java/J2EE, SQL
  • Salesforce Omnistudio Developer and Platform Developer certifications are a must
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Advanced Developer Certifications are a plus.
