Entry Level IT Technician

• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist users with basic IT inquiries and guide them through problem resolution.
• Installation and Configuration:
• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Set up and deploy workstations, ensuring hardware and software compatibility.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions.
• Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide efficient solutions.

• Learning and Development:
