Job description
Reporting to the Head of IT, and based in our corporate office in Overland Park, KS, this role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and wider IT team to bridge business processes with ERP capability, as well as working on other Business Systems as needed. You’ll play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our ERP platform to drive measurable outcomes across inventory management, billing, and core business operations.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert across ERP, with a focus on EDI, warehouse management, and Finance
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and scalable system solutions
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve finance, commercial, and operational processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality system enhancements
- Support testing, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver user training and adoption support aligned to operational workflows.
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 5+ years of ERP experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong experience across Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Billing modules
- Extensive experience in EDI (preferably including experience with Amazon)
- Proven experience delivering platform enhancements and business improvements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
