Job description

The responsibility of the Technology Coordinator is to provide front-line computer support and/or coordinate technology resources to resolve office technology issues. Where possible, this includes answering basic technology support questions or directing/coordinating resolution with Network Support, resources on LINKnet, supporting Home Office department, and/or a library of technology reference materials. This includes overall Network Office Technology Administration, such as equipment tracking, equipment agreements, on-going computer clean ups, office moves, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

· Act as liaison between the network office personnel and network support desk (NSD)

· Answer troubleshooting questions for computers, laptops, phones, and other related office equipment

· Support and maintain LAN/Server

· Enter issues in HPSM to generate tickets and to track technology trends

· Install system changes

· Provide sign-on maintenance/assistance

· Set-up and maintain computers belonging to the network office.

· Set-up and maintain computers belonging to FRs

· Set-up and maintain phone systems, internet, video conferencing and printers

· Order network office computers and track maintenance agreements

· Consult with financial representatives regarding the purchase of individual computers and printers

· Manage non-computer related technical systems and equipment, including maintenance agreements for equipment

· Train network office personnel in the use of the phone/voice mail system

· Train network office personnel in the use of printers, fax machines and copiers

· Determine usage charges for printers, faxes, and copiers

· Coordinate network office moves with regards to technical equipment and set-up

· Provide support during test pilots (SPOC)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, · Travel is necessary in this role with locations such as cities in Arizona, Milwaukee, New Mexico, El Paso. Frequency - monthly to every other month.

· Minimum on 2 years of computer break fix and/or consulting are preferred.
