Clerical Assistant / Release of Information Specialist

The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail and performing Release of Information (ROI) tasks using our secure systems. This role is vital in ensuring sensitive documents are processed accurately and in a timely manner., * Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail

• Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
• Scan, upload, and organize documents into our internal systems
• Process Release of Information requests using remote platforms
• Maintain confidentiality and data security in all document handling
• Communicate professionally with internal staff and external requestors as needed
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
