Data Analyst

• Scan, upload, and organize complete declaration packages in .pdf/.tif format using LEMIS control numbers
• Maintain meticulous physical filing systems - monthly for wildlife declarations, annually by country for plant CITES permits
• Respond to document retrieval requests from OLE (Office of Law Enforcement) staff
• Apply proper document retention protocols, including shredding and stamping processed materials

Do you have experience in Records management?, * Have strong attention to detail - accuracy here isn’t just a preference, it’s the job

• Are comfortable with data entry systems and document management workflows
• Work well independently and manage time to meet structured processing deadlines
• Take pride in organized, compliant record-keeping
• Have experience in administrative, records management, or data entry roles (government/federal a plus)
