Manual Test Engineer

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual testing procedures across various platforms, including mobile and web applications, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience with a broad range of testing tools and frameworks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of reliable and efficient software solutions through meticulous testing and quality assurance practices., Mandatory Skills : ATF, Selenium & Playwright automation testing (setting up test environment, test scheduling, test execution, debugging, verifying results, maintain / modify automation scripts)

Must Have:

• ATF, Selenium & Playwright automation testing (setting up test environment, test scheduling, test execution, debugging, verifying results, maintain / modify automation scripts)
• Experience in testing custom apps on NOW platform

Preferred:

• Must possess at least 2 years of proven experience in testing ServiceNow version upgrades
• At least 2 years of proven experience in ITSM ITOM ITAM, * Manual Test Engineer: 8 years (Preferred)
• ATF: 3 years (Preferred)
• Selenium : 3 years (Preferred)
• Playwright : 3 years (Preferred)
• automation testing : 1 year (Preferred)
• ITSM ITOM ITAM: 2 years (Preferred)

$40 - $47 an hour - Contract
