Part-Time Data & Reporting Coordinator

• Enter, update, and verify data across various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Leverage AI to improve and maintain systems
• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of records
• Assist with data collection efforts by gathering information from multiple sources and inputting it into designated systems
• Use computer skills to create reports, spreadsheets, and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends
• Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
