IT Systems Analyst

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting IT problems and resolving user issues.
• Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
• Support the IT team with system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Ensure security best practices are followed for company systems and data.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve IT efficiency.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
• Assist on-Site locations (within Ohio) occasionally

Do you have experience in iOS support?, Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Analyst to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management. This role offers STRUCTURED hours, and NO ON-Call required!, * 1-2 years of IT Analyst experience (Industry not required)

• Basic knowledge of Windows and iOS and iPad OS operating systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Organizational skills are a must for success in this role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
