Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a customer-facing, SaaS-scale platform from the ground up. This role is focused on designing and building highly interactive applications that integrate complex data, business logic, and rich user experiences at scale for a broad customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and deliver modern, intuitive web applications. Success in this role requires strong front-end and full-stack engineering expertise, solid product understanding, and experience building performant, user-friendly SaaS products used directly by customers. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, platform, and engineering stakeholders across distributed teams., Product-Focused Engineering

• Develop highly interactive web applications that integrate complex data and business workflows.
• Build frontend systems that deliver fast, smooth, and reliable user experiences across browsers, with a path toward mobile support.
• Work with backend services and APIs supporting content delivery, metadata, and customer-facing workflows.
• Ensure performance optimization across application rendering, data access, and client-server interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable customer-facing features.

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
• Thrives in collaborative, multicultural teams while maintaining strong individual ownership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and product ownership.

Technical Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience, with significant exposure to SaaS or product-focused development environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript web development.
• Experience building complex, customer-facing applications.
• Advanced understanding of modern web application architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale customer-facing platforms, not just internal or back-office systems.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX designers on complex interaction patterns.

Nice to Have

• Experience building highly interactive or data-intensive web applications.
• Familiarity with performance optimization for complex frontend systems.
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, or dynamic content delivery systems.
• Mobile web or cross-platform application experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS preferred).
• Exposure to advanced visualization techniques or rich UI interaction patterns.
