SAP S/4 Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to support ERP transformation and implementation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, conduct Fit-Gap assessments, and help deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business objectives., * Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.

• Analyse current-state processes and define future-state SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, data migration, training, and change management activities.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile and/or SAP Activate delivery methodologies.
