Senior IT Technician

• Traveling to client locations to perform on-site installation and maintenance
• In-shop configuration, patching, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Timely completion of maintenance reports and relevant paperwork
• Network setup and configuration

Our standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, but some additional hours and weekends may be necessary based on client needs.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for reliable individuals with Network Certification skills as well as great customer service for full-time employment!, * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles

• 1-2 years experience in I.T. or a related field, or with equivalent experience
• Degree in a technical field preferred but not required
• Proficiency with both PC and Apple products
• Proficiency in network installation and hardware setup (laptops, printers, etc.)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Analysis & critical thinking skills, as well as good time management ability
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and email configuration, * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
• Business-to-Business Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
