IT & Office Technology Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair computers and workstations
• Provide remote and on-site Help Desk support
• Diagnose and repair printers and copiers
• Configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices
• Deliver professional on-site customer service

We provide specialized training on printer and copier repair, but applicants should already have a solid foundation in computers and enjoy solving technical and mechanical problems.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Mechanical troubleshooting?, * Experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Technical coursework, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 60 lbs.

Preferred Experience

• PC repair or IT support
• A+, Network+, Google IT, or similar certifications
• Electronics or mechanical repair
• Customer-facing technical support

This is not a general retail or customer service position. It is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with technology, and developing specialized skills in both IT and office equipment service.
