SRE system Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Systems Engineer to support critical infrastructure and platform reliability initiatives for Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system administration, automation, monitoring, incident management, and cloud/infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Automate operational processes and repetitive tasks.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to enhance system stability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Participate in on-call support and production support activities as needed.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Systems Engineer, or Production Support Engineer.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Scripting and automation experience using Python, Shell, or similar technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills., * Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
