Job description
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Manage audit findings, corrective actions (CAPA), and inspection readiness activities.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate compliance policies and governance standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of compliance requirements.
- Assist with enterprise risk assessments, mitigation plans, and compliance reporting.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to track compliance performance and emerging risks.
- Partner with Operations, EHS, HR, IT, Legal, and other functions to promote compliance and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance and reduce risk.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Regulatory inspections?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, EHS, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, governance, or regulatory affairs.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA, ISO, or similar standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and corrective action programs.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities., * Experience in chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, ISO Lead Auditor, ASQ, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with compliance management systems, audit tools, and data analytics platforms.
