Level 1 Technical Support Representative

Intradyn is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Representative to join our support team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.

The Level 1 Support Representative will assist customers with basic support requests, document issues clearly, respond to emails, answer phone calls, and work closely with other team members to help resolve customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
• Respond to customer emails clearly and promptly
• Create and update support tickets
• Gather basic information about customer issues
• Escalate more complex issues to senior support team members
• Follow internal support procedures and documentation
• Work with other team members to resolve customer questions
• Stay organized and manage multiple support requests

Do you have experience in Phone communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Professional phone manner
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Experience using email, web browsers, and basic office software
• Ability to take clear notes and follow instructions
