WordPress Developer

We are seeking a versatile WordPress Developer & E-Commerce Specialist to support the ongoing development, optimization, and integration of our online store. This role is focused on improving website functionality, streamlining backend systems, enhancing product presentation, and supporting wholesale and checkout workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can both troubleshoot and build-bridging the gap between design, development, and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Manage and improve a WordPress-based website
• Fix bugs, errors, and performance issues across the site
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds
• Implement updates and new features as needed

E-Commerce Optimization

• Improve product pages, layouts, and overall user experience
• Fix and optimize checkout flow for smoother conversions
• Ensure cart, checkout, and payment systems function correctly
• Integrate and troubleshoot e-commerce plugins

Wholesale & Backend Integration

• Set up and manage wholesale functionality within the website
• Integrate wholesale workflows into existing systems
• Support order routing and backend automation where possible

Product Management

• Improve product image quality, sizing, and consistency across listings
• Organize and optimize product displays for better conversion
• Ensure accurate product presentation across all pages

Software & System Integration

• Connect and integrate third-party tools and software with the website
• Improve workflow between inventory, orders, and fulfillment systems
• Assist with automation between platforms when applicable

• Experience with WordPress development
• Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of website troubleshooting and optimization
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues
• Experience with plugin integration and basic backend systems
• Attention to detail for design and product presentation
• Available when needed
• Good communicator
• Proficient and quick

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wholesale e-commerce setups
• Knowledge of checkout optimization and conversion rate improvements
• Basic understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience improving UX/UI for online stores
• Familiarity with inventory/order management systems
