  • Image, deploy, and configure Windows 11 laptops and desktops per documented build procedures (BitLocker, PDQ, baseline applications).

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Enroll and manage mobile devices in MDM/EMM (iOS and Android) and assist with company phone provisioning.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity, ISP coordination) and escalate persistent issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory: peripherals, licenses, spare equipment; flag low stock and end-of-life hardware.
  • Assist with patching, Windows updates, and PDQ deployments to verify endpoint compliance.
  • Log and document 100% of tickets; escalate appropriately with detailed troubleshooting notes and reproduction steps.
  • Document procedures, fixes, and office-specific runbooks in SharePoint to grow a self-service knowledge base.
  • Assist with IT inventory audits, equipment returns, and onsite vendor escort as needed.
