Manufacturing Estimating Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Support / Estimating Assistant to join our team. This role supports our Quote Department by assisting the Lead Estimator and Customer Program Manager with daily operations, customer communication, and project coordination., * Retrieve and organize RFQs and supporting documentation

• Assist in preparing cost estimates (labor, materials, and production time)
• Gather and compare vendor material quotes
• Support customer communication and order processing
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
• Perform data entry, tracking, and reconciliation tasks
• Create and update reports using Excel and other tools
• Provide front office and reception support as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate project flow

Do you have experience in Written communication?, * Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Ability to read blueprints/engineering prints
• Experience in manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, or accounting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access or Microsoft 365
