Job description

Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting production operations and maintaining inspection readiness throughout the facility., Conduct quality and food safety inspections throughout the facility. Verify sanitation effectiveness using ATP testing and environmental monitoring. Monitor temperatures, production records, and food safety documentation. Perform allergen and environmental swabbing as required. Calibrate equipment including scales and thermometers. Conduct GMP, sanitation, and food safety audits. Perform pre-operational inspections and production quality checks. Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled. Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in maintaining audit and inspection readiness.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of quality assurance, food manufacturing, or food safety experience preferred. Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
