Job description
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value and operational requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define product roadmap and support release planning based on business priorities
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical product management within tech?, * 5-8 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis roles
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with enterprise or operational systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in transportation or airport environments preferred
