Hardware Testing Technician

Our Madison West/Middleton client is seeking someone to assist their technician team with product testing.

Essential Functions:

• Setting up test apparatus for Door Hardware testing (Hinges, door closers, door locks, and deadbolts)
• Building simple test fixtures
• Preparing test samples which may include assembly tasks
• Operating test equipment
• Obtaining and recording test data in accordance with standards
• Analyze test data and performing routing calculations
• Prepare technical reports
• Maintaining equipment and facilities
• Performing other work as required

Schedule: Weekdays 7:30am-4pm

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical report writing?, If you have at least 3+ years of general maintenance (commercial), locksmithing, carpentry and/or masonry experience, this role may be for you!, This position requires a pre-employment drug screening, education verification, valid driver’s license and criminal background check, which will be all be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug screening result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug screening will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
