Job description
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst (Core HR) to join our HR Systems & Technology team. This role will serve as a key individual contributor supporting the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Workday HCM platform, with a focus on Core HR and Organizational Management.
This individual will act as a technical point of contact for HR systems, partnering with HR and technical teams to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and a strong user experience across the employee lifecycle (hire through termination)., * Partner with HR Business Partners to define and optimize HR processes within Workday Core HR
- Support configuration and maintenance of Workday business processes (e.g., hire, transfer, termination)
- Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex system issues and support cases
- Troubleshoot system defects, unexpected results, and process gaps; recommend effective solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation, reports, and system configurations
- Support and maintain integrations and configurations with third-party HR systems
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements
- Partner with QA teams to define, execute, and document testing strategies
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validation processes, and governance best practices
- Document system configurations, integrations, and support processes
- Provide input on user experience improvements and adoption strategies
- Support cross-functional HR technology initiatives and projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data structures?, * 1-3 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM, with a focus on Core HR
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, data structures, and business processes
- Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR and technical teams, * Experience with Workday integrations or third-party system configurations
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP Octane)
- Exposure to project management methodologies or participation in system implementations
