What You’ll Do
System AdministrationMaintenance
- Support and maintain servers, systems, networks, and workstations
- Perform updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems optimized
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
Network Administration
- Support VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments
- Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity
SecurityCompliance
- Assist with Active Directory, access controls, and Group Policy
- Support security protocols such as MFA and antivirus
- Assist with audits and compliance initiatives (PCI DSS)
BackupDisaster Recovery
- Monitor backups and assist with recovery planning
- Help ensure data integrity and availability
VirtualizationCloud Technologies
- Support virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Assist with AWS and Azure platforms
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
AutomationReporting
- Assist with scripting and automation of routine tasks
- Help generate system performance and usage reports
User SupportCollaboration
- Provide Tier 2 technical support
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with IT, Data, and Web Development teams
- Assist during outages or critical incidents
Requirements
Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
Technical Skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, Access, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
