Workforce Software Consultant

• Configure the WorkForce Suite, including setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations, according to detailed customer specifications.
• Lead Application Consultant who can train and mentor, and ensure quality delivery and handle client-side requirements - 5 to 7 Years (Hands-on configuration and support experience)
• Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing of configured applications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines.
• Responsive and follows through on customer requirements professionally and promptly.
• Assists with interviewing, training, and supporting team members
