Director of IT

We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location organization in the Oklahoma City area to find a dynamic Director of IT. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves while also driving strategic vision for a growing IT organization. Directors at this company operate at a VP level of responsibility, making this a high-impact opportunity for the right candidate., * Lead and develop an IT team of approximately 16 professionals including project managers and coordinators

• Develop and present a 12-18 month strategic IT roadmap and gain leadership buy in
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across 18 locations supporting 850 employees
• Manage vendor partnerships and relationships in a lean IT environment
• Stay ahead of rapidly evolving technology trends and align IT strategy with business goals
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on technology initiatives and organizational priorities

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

• Relevant certifications a plus, * 10+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated leadership at a senior level
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on leader while driving strategic planning
• Experience managing IT across multiple locations
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience developing and executing multi-year IT roadmaps
