Service Desk Support

• Own and manage the day to day ticket queue for end user support
• Provide desktop, hardware, and software troubleshooting across the organization
• Administer Microsoft 365 including account management, onboarding and offboarding
• Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
• Image and deploy endpoints across the organization
• Support server upgrades and maintenance at multiple locations
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software issues
• Some local travel required

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * 3 or more years of desktop or service desk support experience preferred

• Enterprise level experience strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge
• Experience with endpoint imaging and deployment
• Hands on experience valued over certifications or degrees
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Oklahoma City with some local travel
