Retail Computer Repair, Cell Phone Repair Technician- ENTRY LEVEL

About the Role: Are you passionate about tech and love fixing things? Our Orange County location (La Habra) is looking for an awesome, tech-savvy individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity to enter and grow your skills in a professional tech repair environment. While we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything, a solid foundation and a desire to learn are essential., * Diagnostic Testing: Quickly test basic functions of computers (PC/Mac), smartphones (iPhone/Android), tablets, and networking gear.

• Hardware & Software Repairs: Perform basic repairs including OS installation, RAM/Hard Drive upgrades, password removal, data backups, cell phone screen, battery replacements ect..
• Customer Service: Meet with customers, check-in devices, provide quotes, and answer technical questions.
• Sales & Support: Assist with customer quotes and suggest relevant add-ons or upgrades.
• Shop Operations: Maintain an organized store, manage inventory, and occasionally assist with on-site service calls.

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Experience: this is an entry level position we will train you and get you ready. you just have to be passionate about tech. but if you have some experience we welcome it.

• Tech Literacy: Strong working knowledge of modern computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Reliability: Trustworthy, hardworking, and friendly attitude.
• Physical Ability: Able to move and organize items up to 35 lbs.
• 1-2 years customer service or retail experience, outgoing personality
• Locksmith knowledge is a plus but not necessary
• Flexibility: all trainig will be conducted at our Los Alamitos location then transfer to our La Habra location
