Cell Phone & Computer Repair Technician (Experienced)

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and gaming consoles
• Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and other hardware repairs
• Troubleshoot software issues including operating system installations, virus removal, data backup, and device setup
• Perform quality control testing before returning devices to customers
• Explain repair recommendations and timelines professionally
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Track repairs and inventory accurately
• Meet repair quality and turnaround expectations

CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for an experienced technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about repairing smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices while providing excellent customer service., * Minimum 2 years of professional repair experience preferred

• Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPad, MacBook, Windows PCs, and other electronics
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with soldering and microsoldering is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, * CPR, uBreakiFix, Best Buy Geek Squad, Apple, Samsung, or similar repair experience
• Experience using repair management or POS software
• Sales experience is a plus, * Cell phone repair: 2 years (Required)
• Computer repair: 2 years (Preferred)
