Front Desk / Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Pharmacy Technician)

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Assist patients with prescription pick-up and checkout
• Contact patients when prescriptions are ready for pickup
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist customers with over-the-counter product selection
• Maintain and organize over-the-counter inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of products needing replenishment
• Enter and update patient information in pharmacy software systems
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
• Support pharmacy staff as needed
