Responsible for “all things data” in the engineering organization.
Implementation of new features, performance tuning and troubleshooting of production issues.
Will work as part of the larger team as well as an independent contributor.

Requirements

Expert in Data modeling.
7-10 years of relevant experience in database development using SQL & PL/SQL in Oracle.
Expert knowledge of Oracle RAC database architecture.
Expert in Oracle database design and performance tuning.
Experience with Shell / Perl scripting in Unix or Linux environment..
Experience with MySQL and other database technologies
Exposure to Java / J2EE., * BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
