Job description

To perform all duties necessary to assist the Director of Technology in the administration of the technology programs., * Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades including servers and workstations (includes downloading all server patches, monitoring anti-virus software and server information reports).

  • Maintain inventory of necessary parts on a daily basis.
  • Test new technologies.
  • Provide technical support in all areas deemed necessary by the Director.
  • Respond to all communications (email, telephone, written, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate to school system personnel any schedule changes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience and familiarity with Windows, as well as other current technologies
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in software installation and configuration
  • Experience in hardware component replacement and configurations.
