Job description

Build, update,and maintain website pages in Webflow based on Figma designs
Execute full-page builds, redesigns, and ongoing site updates
Ensure high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly site experiences

SEO & Performance Strategy

Implement and optimize SEO and AEO strategies to improve site visibility and performance
Analyze website performance (traffic, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations
Identify gaps and opportunities, and drive continuous testing and improvements

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush)
Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and reporting accuracy across site activity
Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data

Collaboration & Execution

Partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams
Operate independently while managing priorities and deadlines effectively
Attend weekly virtual meetings and communicate progress, updates, and recommendations clearly

Requirements

Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, * 3+ years of experience in Webflow development and SEO/ AEO execution (or similar hands-on experience)

Strong experience translating Figma designs into Webflow builds
Proficiency in tools such as Webflow, Hubspot, Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
