Data Center Foreman - Richmond VA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Foreman to lead and oversee construction and maintenance activities within a dynamic data center environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring construction management expertise, strong supervisory skills, and a comprehensive understanding of technical schematics, blueprints, and construction software to drive operational excellence. • Coordinate daily activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution of construction tasks.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
• Control project budgets by tracking costs, managing contracts, and ensuring resource utilization aligns with financial goals.
• Conduct quality control inspections, document findings, and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold high standards of construction excellence.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure all work meets technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution from start to finish.

Do you have a valid Journeyman License license?, Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Proven experience in construction management with a focus on data center or similar infrastructure projects.

• Supervising experience leading construction crews in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or Primavera for scheduling and documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with contracts management, project estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation and electrical testing tools like Ohmmeter is preferred.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
