Design Engineer

Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in Cam Phasing design and fluid control valves for product development in electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems., * Product design and development of fluid control valves

• Develop eVX designs meeting customer requirements
• Select materials, processes, and coatings for durability
• Collaborate with CAD designers for accurate drawings
• Work with application and test engineers on DVP&R development
• Conduct data analysis and report testing results
• Participate in design reviews for tolerance accuracy
• Validate mechanical, electrical, magnetic, hydraulic, and pneumatic physics in designs
• Prepare DFMEA early in the development process and participate actively
• Employ DFM and DFA techniques early in development stages
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for root-cause analysis

• Strong Cam Phasing design experience
• Proficiency in 3D design using Creo/Siemens
• Preferred Skills:
• Ability to visualize 3D features and geometry
