Job description
- Convert schematics from customer into splice packet for fiber splicers
- Monitor data submitted by fiber splicers for accuracy. Utilize data to compile splice matrix for customer as final splicing asbuilt
- Communicate with local coordinators throughout project builds
- Work with mapping department to update map asbuilts with changes against the initial splicing design
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunications blueprint interpretation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (MVR, Drug screen, and Background checks).

High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fiber optics documentation, telecom backend systems, or GIS/splicing documentation platforms is preferred.
