Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, User Engagement & Outreach: Experience actively conducting outreach to service desk users to clarify reported issues and ensure final solutions (bug fixes, enhancements) fully meet customer needs.

System & Architecture Documentation: Ability to document front-end user operations to assist in test plan development, as well as mapping out dataflows, workflows, and complex system architectures.

System Monitoring: Experience assisting with monitoring system health and status tools during duty hours.

Agile/Sprint Support: Proven ability to assist team leads with Sprint activities, including planning, ticket maintenance, retrospectives, and drafting release notes.

Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Experience assisting leadership with weekly status reporting and identifying project risks and mitigations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 7 years of experience, or 11 years of relevant experience. , Desired Skills

Familiarity with updating and maintaining System Health & Status tools alongside DevOps teams. Strong communication skills with a knack for translating user feedback into technical requirements. Experience working with team leads to maintain and update architecture documentation based on work-in-progress impacts.
